FAQORDERS & SHIPPING Q1. I want that watch, how do I order it? A1. Ordering from Webwatches.co.nz is easy. Simply select the desired item, and place it in your shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". When you are finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart icon or on "Checkout" and follow the instructions. Q2. How fast will I receive my order? A2. We attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible. If you pay through paypal or paymex, we will receive notice of your payement straight away and your order will go out the same day or very early the next day. If you pay by bank deposit, funds will show in our account the next day. The only exception to this is if funds are deposited on Friday or the weekend, in which case, funds may not show in our account until early the next week. Courier deliveries are quite fast- usually same day within Auckland, following day most other locations. Q3. Is my shipment insured against loss or damage? A3. All orders are fully insured against loss and damage, if you have not received your order or you received your watch and it was damaged, please email us within 7 days of placing your order. Our email address is: contact@webwatches.co.nz. Ordering through Web Watches is as safe as can be. Q4. Does my watch come with any extras? A4. Yes, we send your watch in a gift box and include a brand new spare battery, this will ensure your watch runs for a long long time. Please remember though, if you need to change your battery, you will need to have this done by a jeweller for the warranty to remain valid. Alternatively you can post back your watch to us and we will fit the new battery for you free of charge- just email us if you require this service. Q5. Does my watch come with a warranty? A5. Yes, all watches are covered by web watches' 3 month mechanical warranty. In the rare event that there is a problem with your timepiece, please email us at contact@webwatches.co.nz. This warranty covers movement, battery, case and bracelet malfunctions that may occur, but does not cover intentional/unintential abuse to watch including crystal, or water damage. Q6. Can I have my order shipped to an address other than my billing account? A6. If you pay by bank deposit, we can ship to any address you like. If you pay by Paypal or Paymex, we can only send to your billing address.. Q7. Does Web Watches sell and ship internationally? A7. Yes! If you reside in another country, you can purchase from us using Paypal (as long as you have a Paypal address verified account). We can ship internationally at cost (we only offer free shipping within New Zealand). Please email us at contact@webwatches.co.nz for an international shipping quote. Q8. Is your website safe and secure? A8. Yes! Webwatches is a completely safe and secure shopping website. We use the latest technology to ensure this. We use two very trusted payment providers- Paypal and Paymex. Your credit card information is encrypted so that no one else can view your credit card information over the internet, not even us! Q9. How do I use my Discount voucher/ code? A9. Occasionally, Web Watches will run advertising campaigns and offer further discounts on our already discounted timepieces. If you do have a discount code, you simply enter the code at checkout in the discount code box. Your order will be discounted over and above the already discounted online price..meaning that you can save even more cash buying from us. In return for these discounts, we just ask that you tell your friends and family about out great watches. WATCH INFO Q1. How do your watches work? A1. Most of our watches run on quartz batteries. However, teh only exception to this is usually our Luxary watches which are often self winding or manual winding (require no battery). Please check the technical information for the particular watch concerned to confirm. Our quartz battery watches are very reliable and will last for a year or more. We also include a spare battery for you for FREE. Please remember though, if you do need to install the new battery- you will need to have it installed by a professional jeweller/watchmaker or our warranty will become invalid. Alternatively you can return the watch to us and we will install the spare battery for free (postage extra). Q2. How do I know my watch is authentic? A2. We only sell genuine and authentic watches- we do not sell fakes or replicas. Q3. Am I able to return my watch if Im not happy with it? A3. Yes, you may return your watch for a refund (less postage costs) within 7 days of delivery. The watch will only be accepted back if it is in the same unused condition it was sent. We charge a 10% restocking fee for returned timepieces. Q4. How do I size my watch? A4. Our watches usually come in a larger bracelet size, for a larger wrist- they can be downsized by removing a link or two (by a jeweller very cheaply), or by removing an extra clasp that sometimes comes with the watch on the band- please see the techinal info box for the particular watch you are interested in. Please note that We Watches does not resize watches. Also, we cannot refund if you decide to return your watch to us within the 7 day period, unless all links are replaced. |
